– Voor- en achternaam
– Naam fysiotherapie of bedrijf
– Bezorgadres
– Email waar de factuur naartoe gezonden kan worden

Verzendkosten zijn niet inbegrepen bij de prijs.

How to order Wax:

To order myofascial or deep tissue wax please send an e-mail to: beeinthetree@hotmail.com

Please provide the following details:
– Type of wax and number of pots
– Your name
– Name company
– Address to which wax should be shipped
– Email address for invoice
– International VATnr

After ordering you will receive the invoice. The wax will be sent upon reception of the amount.
Shipping costs are not included is the price.
